    Mitch is the Founder of CNC Strategy, Inc. His extensive corporate and consulting experience includes senior-level positions as Managing Director, West Coast/Los Angeles office, Capital H Group (business consulting); Vice President, Human Resources, Directfit (outsourcing/offshoring); Manager, HRD, Citibank; and Consulting Services Manager, SMC/Mercer Management Consulting. He is the co-creator of S3, CNC Strategy’s revolutionary tools and proprietary process for enabling strategic alignment, and the author of two books, including “Entremaneur © - Business Simplicity.” A graduate of Lesley University, Mitch has been involved in successful strategic planning for M&A, start-ups, and established organizations in both the public and private sectors.

    Diane Gallo

    Chief Products & Services Officer

    Diane has more than 25 years’ experience in healthcare, retail, technology, manufacturing and the service industry. This includes serving as Chief Human Resources Officer, Vistage International (a global membership organization of CEOs); Vice President of Overland Storage (a publicly traded computer hardware company); Vice President, Culture and Talent, Centegy (computer software); and Vice President, Kaiser Permanente. Diane has integrated numerous acquisitions and divested businesses (through sales or closure) in both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin’s School of Business, she also has a Master’s degree in Human Capital Management from Houston Baptist University.

    Brett Acker

    Vice President, Business Development

    Brett has a diverse background of business development in both Fortune 100 and start-up environments. Previously, Brett worked at Warner Bros. in a variety of divisions, including Human Resources, International Distribution, Finance and Strategic Planning. He co-founded Plasma Ventures, a DVD manufacturer of continuous-motion video backgrounds for flat panel TVs, and also opened a retail store selling alternative healthcare products. Brett graduated from Syracuse University and received his MBA from Pepperdine University.
