CNC Strategy’s on-demand consulting services build on the diagnostic results uncovered by our Simple Strategic Solutions (S3) tools. These sessions are customized for your organization’s specific needs and pinpoint what’s working and what’s not working – with actionable results.




Strategic Alignment Sessions

The CNC Strategic Alignment Sessions are generally between 6 and 12 hours, concentrating on improving alignment across five critical dimensions: Vision, Strategies, Business Processes, Organizational Structure and Messaging / Meetings. You and your leadership team come away with a coherent vision, a consensus on strategic themes and initiatives, immediately implementable action plans for enhancing alignment throughout your organization and a “static scorecard.”



Executive Alignment Sessions

These sessions are designed specifically for Boards of Directors and Executive Teams. They focus on creating a shared understanding of your organization’s vision, strategic themes and initiatives.



Functional Alignment Sessions

These sessions—led by our team and the appropriate business leaders—are held for individual units within your organization. The objective is alignment horizontally and vertically throughout the business.
